구 순천식당.재료가 떨어지면 영업을 종요하는 것으로 알려져 있는 곳이다.
인기메뉴는 새조개샤브샤브인데 점심때는 예약도 하기 힘든 곳이다.매콤새콤한 맛이 좋은 간재미 초회도 별미.정갈한 반찬이 좋다.새조개 샤브샤브는 모두 먹고 난 뒤 철에 따라 후식을 조리해 먹을 수 있다.내가 갔었을 때는 매생이가 철이어서 매생이에 라면을 넣고 끓여 먹었다. 소주도 두어병 곁들이고.

The popular menu is cockles shabu-shabu, but it is difficult to make reservations at lunchtime. The spicy and sour taste of liver jam is also delicacy. The neat side dishes are good. You can cook and eat the desserts according to the season after eating all the cockles shabu-shabu. When I started eating, Maesengi was in season, so I put ramen in Maesengi and boiled it. Soju is also served with a couple of bottles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 근사하진 않지만, 재료들에 모든것을 걸고 나오는 것 같은 음식들에 굴복할 수밖에 없게됩니다. 메뉴를 보고 먹고싶은 음식이 있다면 찾아가서 먹어도 돈이 아깝지 않을거예요. 센스넘치는 서비스만으로도 소주 각1병은 자동투입될 정도.

재료가 신선하고 음식솜씨가 좋아서 모든 메뉴가 맛있다.
특히 새조개 샤브샤브를 먹고 매생이와 라면을 넣어 끓여 먹는 걸 추천한다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제철해산물을 남도식으로 조리해서 내놓는다는 점에서 매우 큰 매력이 있긴하지만, 비교적 높은 단가에 양도 적어서 다소 호불호가 갈릴 수 있습니다. 실제로 많은 리뷰사이트에서 별점이 양극화 되어 부여되었다는 점이 단적인 예 일거예요.
방문의사가 있다면 예약은 해두시는게 좋고, 방문시기에 해당하는 제철요리의 종류가 무엇인지 정도는 블로그나 sns로 파악을 해 두시면 좋을 것 같아요.

삼합의 홍어는 삭힘이 너무 없었고 수육의 노란비계는 식욕을 떨어뜨립니다
빌딩 올리기전에 와봤었는데 그때는 다른 메뉴를 먹었었지만 지금의 맛은 아니었어요 지금은 밑반찬도 별로고 뭔가이상하더군요

계절별로 달라지는 남도의 해산물을 맛볼수 있습니다. 기본반찬도 정갈합니다.
키조개 샤브, 꼬막 찜 시켜 먹었습니다.
꼬막 찜은 적절히 쪄져서 보들야들한 식감과 향이 아주 좋습니다. 새조개샤브는 샤브 국물과 어우러져서 향긋합니다.
Expensive but delicious.
You can taste the seafood of Namdo that changes according to the season. The main dishes are also decent.
I had the clams shabu and steamed cockle.
The steamed cockle is properly steamed and has a very good soft texture and flavor. The scallop shabu is fragrant when combined with the shabu broth.
