★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use Sulwhasoo men's products in America. I buy them at Aritaum. I wanted to visit this flagship store & am glad I did. I bought sun block & tea & received 2 nice free gifts with my purchase. You can't buy this sunblock in the US, so I'm glad I bought it at this flagship store. I wish now that I bought the men's skin cream lotion. You can't buy it in America, & now I want it! I will buy it in 2019, when I go back to this flagship store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of few Spa I would actually get facial treatment. Usually when I go to Spa, I would only go for massage and body treatment only. My second here and I'm sure I will come here again on my next visit to Seoul. Professional staff and high quality products. Advance booking is required via email and you will also be asked to provide a credit card as a deposit to secure your appointment. The spa menu is available on their website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxury SPA and facial treatment center. Also got Gallery, exhibitions and Activities area. Visitors can join free tour which is listed under the services area in their web site.
Both massage and facial treatment are good and if you buy their products, they give away samples very generously. It's better than buying at their counter in department stores which is always full of people. Also, there are special products, like scent candle, which are only available at flag ship store. VAT refund available for products.
Tips: lots of nice shops on the nearby Rodeo Street. Worth visit both on one go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, the spa here was amazing and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This really is a must-go, if you wish to experience something special.
• Reservations must be made before visit.
• although you can pick which care you will receive, I believe that you can make changes there.
• industrial design made it hard for me to see where I had to go but it was just so beautiful you won’t complain about getting lost
• I was really impressed with the set-up inside the room. The rooms are all connected actually but separated by curtains too.
• after massage and facial care, I was directed to the make-up room, where I could use their make-up as much as I wished to. I think this was my favourite part as I could try all of their beauty products.
• normally, we would then be directed to the tea room but because of covid, we were given tea and snacks in a take-out cup.
• you can also buy their beauty products in other levels.
