★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 와이프 생일에 멀리 안나가려고 갔다가 크게 실망한 곳.
본점 서비스 생각하고 오시면 안됩니다.
특히 식사 서빙하는 남직원은 제가 같은 옷입고 3번째 방문인데 못 알아보는 것도 어이없고 설명하는 태도가 손님을 가르치려고 드는게 사장님 아들인줄 알았습니다.
룸 예약할 때 전화 상으로 룸은 한우구이만 된다고 설명도 안 해줬고, 예약한 한우세트에서 한우구이는 더 시킬테니 세트에 포함된 밥을 채끝 스테이크 덮밥으로 변경 가능하냐고 남직원에게 물어봤더니 이해를 못하고 3번이나 식사류는 홀에서만 가능하다고 엉뚱한 소리를 합니다.
대단한 요구를 한 것도 아니고 변경 가능한지 물어본게 그렇게 문제가 될 줄은 몰랐네요.
생일이라고 와이프가 나름 차려입고 갔는데 룸에서 식사만 하는 진상손님 취급 받은 듯해서 대단히 불쾌했습니다. 인간적으로 장사하는 사람이면 눈치는 있어야지 오마카세 2번 시킨 동네 손님도 기억 못하고 명품 차려입은 손님한테 식사만 따로 못 먹는다고 헛소리 하는건 정말 어이없었습니다.
식사도 어제나온 밥은 내놓은지 오래된 듯 말라서 좀 딱딱했는데 돈 아깝다는 말이 절로 나왔습니다.
고기도 가끔 질긴 부위가 씹히는게 가격대에 어울리는 수준인지 의심스럽네요.
아쿠아플라넷 연간회원권도 갱신했지만 앞으로 수린은 안 갑니다.

I didn't make a big request, and I didn't expect it to be so problematic to ask if it could be changed.
It was my birthday, so my wife dressed up and went, but it was very unpleasant because it seemed like she was treated like a real guest who only ate in the room. If you are a human trader, you should be wise. It was ridiculous to say that even a local customer who ordered omakase twice did not remember and said that he couldn't eat only a meal to a customer dressed in luxury clothes.
The meal was also a bit hard because it looked like it had been out since yesterday, but it was said that it was a waste of money.
It is doubtful whether the meat is at a level suitable for the price that sometimes chews the tough part.
I also renewed my Aqua Planet annual membership, but I will not go to Surin in the future.
