★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 신장개업한지 며칠 안 된 듯함. 실내 층고가 높아 깔끔하고 환한 분위기였음. 빙수류, 음료 및 디저트류를 팔고 있었음. 빙수류가 메인이지만 길거리 음식(ex. 호떡 등)을 좀 더 고급스럽게 만들어 디저트류로 판매하는 등 판매전략 아이디어가 좋아 보임. 국내 고객뿐 아니라 외국 관광객에게도 충분히 통할 수 있을 것으로 보임.

The idea of sales strategy seems to be good, such as making iced water main, but making street food (eg, hokok) more luxurious and selling it as dessert.
