★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their signature honey toast with ice cream. The portion of it was really generous, good for two people to share. Between the slices of toast, there's a layer of chewy mochi. Sprinkled with brown sugar and dipped with some creamy ice cream. Totally worth going if you need an afternoon treat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious bingsu. You MUST try the melon. It is much bigger than it looks in the picture but don't worry, it is mostly ice after all. Eat to your heart's content! Place itself is extremely busy. Ordering by kiosk so don't fear if you don't speak the language

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sulbong offers specialty desserts called bingsu. Which are pretty good. Melon bingsu tends to get sold out towards night time. They also carry seasonal items and other flavors. Dont expect all of them to be sweet just because they are desserts! Some offer a more pleasant and mild tasting dessert experience

Quite good to enjoy a break there after long walking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my boyfriend to this place for at least 3 times within one week but made it here on my own on previous trips to Seoul, too.
That’s how much I enjoy Sulbing!
We tried all Bingsoos on the menu and would honestly skip all bowls with powders as toppings as they tend to be overwhelming and make it hard to breathe if you’re sensible. The portions are quite huge - if you’re not as gluttonous as the both of us, you can easily share a bowl.
The toilets were clean every time and in every location (this is a chain!) and we never had to wait for too long to get a nice seat at the windows.
Can be a bit crowded sometimes but never to the point that you end up feeling overwhelmed.
Will definitely return on my next trip ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the green tea chocolate bingsoo. Milky textured ice with thick green tea icecream was all that defined it. Also had the savory cheese croffle. The coffee was extremely delicious, the cheese really helped enhanced the croffle! It was definitely a place to have some snacks and cool down after walking around.
