건강식에 직접만든 효소반찬...몸에 좋을거같아요... 조미료 안써서 그런지 맛은 조금 깊지는 않아요...^^

철마에 있는 맛집 손님 많음. 숭늉이 막걸리같이 찐함 생감자 무침, 우엉무침도 다 발효양념으로 버무려나옴 가자미 반찬도 살짝 말려서 조린듯 전부 건강식이라함 된장미역국에 보쌈을 깟잎이나 콩잎에 질금으로 만든식혜와 무우말랭이 짱아찌를 얹어서 먹으면 됨 밥을 적게줌
