★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 감히 죽전 최고의 아파트. 중견 건설사 반도건설에서 만들었지만 튼튼하고 내부 마감제도 최고급을 사용. 아이파크, 홈타운을 살아 봤지만 만족도는 비교 할 수 없다. 넓은 주차장과 넓은 동간 거리는 답답함이 없다. 옥에 티는 지하철 역에서 거리가 좀 된다는 것. 하지만 이 또한 걸어서 다닐만 하고 운동이라 생각하면 즐겁게 다닐 수 있다.
