직원들 친절함.
업무처리가 늦어서 시간을 엄청 잡아먹음
-> 7/20일 건설기계 조종사 자격증 발급때문에 방문했는데,
앞에 대기자가 있던것도 아니고, 2500원 납부만 하면 되는건데
여직원이 전화통 붙들고 15분 넘게 통화함.
다른 창구에 물어보니, 전화통 붙들고 있는 직원쪽에 가서 납부하라함.
"아니 지금 10분넘게 저러고 계신데, 수수료 납부를 하고 싶어도 못하지 않느냐" 라고 했더니, 그때서야 부랴부랴 신경써주심.
미숙한 업무처리로 내시간 뺏기는게 상당히.. 싫었음.
사람이 많은거야 뭐 어쩔수 없는데..

"No, I've been doing this for over 10 minutes now, but I wonder if you can't help paying the fees," he said.
I didn't like to take my time off due to inexperienced work.
There are a lot of people. I can't help it...
