어려울 수 있는 브루잉커피 메뉴들도 친절히 설명 잘 해주시고, 취향에 맞게 추천도 잘 해주십니다
서울에 유명한 스페셜티 커피 전문점들 보다 더 좋아요 ㅎㅎ
디저트도 너무 달지 않고 유명한 제과점들 정도로 맛있습니다
실내 분위기는 요새 유행하는 힙한 카페들 같지는 않고 깔끔하고 편안하게 쉬며 대화하기 좋습니다

드립은 괜찮은데 아이스라떼는 살짝 아쉽네요...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 바리스타님의 전문성과 약배전의 묘미를 맛볼 수 있는 로스터리 카페였습니다. 직접 로스팅을 하시고 원두도 판매하시기 때문에 커피 맛에 자부심도 있으시고 책임감 역시 있으십니다. 테이스팅 코스를 하면 바탑에서 자세히 설명해주시고 눈앞에서 원두분쇄, 핸드드립, 서빙까지 다 해주시기에 정말 맛있는 커피를 드실 수 있습니다. 재미난 바리스타님의 입담은 덤입니다. 커피 마시고 원두도 따로 사올정도로 다시 방문하고싶은 가게입니다. 추천합니다.
It was a roastery cafe where you can taste the professionalism of the barista and the beauty of roasting. They roast their own coffee beans and sell coffee beans, so they take pride in the taste of their coffee and also have a sense of responsibility. When you do the tasting course, the bar top explains in detail, grinds beans in front of you, drips by hand, and even serves, so you can enjoy really delicious coffee. The funny talk of the barista is a bonus. This is a shop I want to visit again to the point where I drink coffee and buy coffee beans separately. I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 내부 깔끔하고 벽면을 장식한 사진 액자들이 나름 분위기 있음. 인테리어는 전체적으로 밝고 깨끗한 분위기. 연주곡을 주로 틀어 편안한 분위기. 로스터즈라는 이름에 부끄럽지않게 커피가 오지게 맛있음. 내가 청주에서 돌아다녀본 카페 중 최고. 주변에 주차할데가 마땅치 않아서 조금 불편.
The interior is neat and the photo frames on the wall have their own atmosphere. The interior is bright and clean overall. A comfortable atmosphere with mostly playing songs. The coffee is delicious without being embarrassed by the name Roasters. The best cafe I have visited in Cheongju. It is a little inconvenient because it is not suitable to park around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 따뜻한 바닐라라떼 마셨는데 원두에 약간의 신맛이 느껴지고 우유거품도 부드러웠습니다
파우더가 아닌 시럽을 사용하는듯 하나 늘 먹던 그맛 보단 더 좋게 느껴졌습니다
실내 분위기도 좋고 맘에들었어요
주택가(?) 구석에 있어서 잘 눈에띄지 않는 아지트같은 곳입니다
I drank a warm vanilla latte, but the beans had a slightly sour taste and the milk foam was soft.
It was like using syrup instead of powder, but it tasted better than the one I always ate.
The atmosphere inside was nice and I liked it.
It's in a corner of a residential area (?), so it's like an inconspicuous hideout.
