중간에 너무사람 많고 위치도 불편하고해서 정말 오랫만에 들려봄
시그니쳐 메뉴인 스바라시라면을 시켜보려다 기본에 충실하게 돈코츠 시킴
돈골베이스에 농후한 맛의 국물이 훌륭함
쯔유가 조금강한편이니 짠게싫은분은 미리 부탁하시는게 좋을듯함
마늘이 많이 들어서 난좋았으나 이또한 취향대로 조절하시길
챠슈는 서울포함 최근에가본집중에 기본에 충실하며 맛있고 양도 푸짐, 담번엔 추가할거임
미니규동은 맛은 좋으나 다진고기가아닌 슬라이스였다면 어떨까하는 개인적인 바람임
웨이팅만 없다면 다른메뉴도 섭렵하고 생맥마시러 자주갈듯
The place I went to when I first started in a small shop next to Yuseong Onsen Wontang.
There are too many people in the middle and the location is inconvenient, so I stopped by for the first time in a long time.
I tried the signature menu, Subarashi Ramen, and ordered the tonkotsu faithfully to the basics.
The rich flavor of the pork bone base is excellent.
Tsuyu is a bit strong, so if you don't like salty, it's better to ask in advance.
I liked it because it had a lot of garlic, but you can also adjust this to your liking.
Chashu is faithful to the basics of the places I visited recently, including Seoul, and it is delicious and plentiful. I will add it next time.
The mini gyudon tastes good, but it's a personal wish if it was sliced rather than minced.
If there is no waiting, I will try other menus and go often to drink draft beer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 작년부터 맛있게 먹은 라멘집입니다. 일본 라멘도 전 지역 가릴 거 없이 많이 다녀봤는데 여기도 거기에 필적하게 맛있습니다. 한국인 입맛에 잘 맞는 것 같습니다.
다만 아쉬운 것은 최근 들어 고기를 뒷다리인지 저렴한 부위로 바꾸신 점입니다. 비계가 없어요. 차라리 가격을 올리고 삼겹살로 했으면 합니다. 족발에서 먹는 듯한 그 식감은 전혀 어울리지 않습니다. 사진은 1번째 사진이 오늘

This is a ramen restaurant I have enjoyed since last year. I've been to a lot of Japanese ramen in all regions, and here it is equally delicious. It seems to fit the Korean taste well.
The only disappointment is that the meat has recently been replaced with hind legs or cheaper cuts. No scaffolding. I'd rather raise the price and make pork belly. The texture, like eating pork feet, doesn't suit you at all. The first picture is today

Each piece of meat was cut by one point. Also, make sure the eggs are half-boiled evenly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 국물도 맛있고, 숙주고 가득 들어가 있어서 맛있었습니다. 하지만, 차슈는 육수삶을때 넣은 고기 썰어서 준것같이 파스러지는 느낌이였고, 오코노미야끼는 그냥 소스랑 마요네즈맛밖에 안났습니다... 라면 추천드립니다.
The broth was delicious, and it was delicious because it was filled with bean sprouts. However, the chashu was crumbly as if the meat was cut into the broth while boiling, and the okonomiyaki only tasted like sauce and mayonnaise... Ramen is recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love ramen places that make their own noodles. I ordered the house ramen which was more of a Korean-style ramyeon than a traditional Japanese ramen. The char siu was just slow cooked pork belly that was grilled for some color. The portion was three slices as opposed to the usual two and it was sliced thick. Spicy, a nice spicy. They had the usual suspects when in comes to ramen but no tsukemen and no gyoza. Small interior and if you are a group of four at lunchtime, you will be in for a wait. I'll go again.
