★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 국산팥 사용하면 한번은 가봅니다. 나쁘진 않았지만 일회용장갑을 떨어트린걸 다시 주워서 끼고 내 빵을 잡는 거보고 기겁했어요. 반질한 대리석 바닥이라해도 용납이 안될 문제랍니다. 제발 위생관념을 좀 지켰으면 좋겠네요. 보통의 빵집들 위생장갑 끼고 이거저거 다 만지고 빵도 만지더군요.
If you use domestic red beans, try going once. It wasn't bad, but I was scared to pick up the disposable gloves and grab my bread with them. Even a smooth marble floor is an unacceptable problem. I hope you keep the hygiene concept a little bit. Normal bakeries put on sanitary gloves, touch everything and touch bread.
