b	blue paper (블루버드) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 가장 좋아하는 돈까스집. 주문과 동시에 주방에서 들리는 고기 두드리는 소리는 더욱 맛에 믿음을 준다. 개인적으로 고기와 튀김상태도 중요하지만, 경양식 돈까스는 소스가 튀김옷에 스며들어 튀김의 강점인 바삭함이 들어나지 않는다. 그래서 튀김보다 고기의 잡내와 소스맛이 더욱 중요하다. 그리고 같이 나오는 스프와 양배추샐러드도 눈여겨 보는데 이집의 스프는 맛이 약하며 우유처럼 부드럽다. 특히 양배추는 칼로 썰었는지 식감과 맛이 좋다.(개인적으로 얇게 기계로 썬 양배추를 싫어한다) 가끔 찾는 어떤 돈까스전문점에서 있었던 일이다. 전날 썰어둔 양배추를 소진하지 못해 냉동에 보관했다가 다음날 당일 양배추와 같이 섞어 주셨다. 양배추는 얼었다 녹아 투명에 가까웠고 식감과 맛도 엉망이었다. 이후로 그 돈까스 가게는 절대 가지 않는다. I also pay attention to the soup and cabbage salad that comes with it, but the soup at this house has a weak taste and is soft like milk. Cabbage in particular has a good texture and taste as if it was cut with a knife (I personally hate machine-cut cabbage). It happened at some pork cutlet specialty store that I sometimes find. The cabbage cut the day before was not used up, so I kept it in the freezer and mixed it with the cabbage the next day. The cabbage was frozen and melted, and it was almost transparent and the texture and taste were messy. Since then, the pork cutlet shop never goes.

They use high quality cuts of meat and the size of food is great especially for the price. I've had regular Tonkatsu, spicy, spicy cheese... all of them are great. The staff is friendly and nice. The place is a little out of the way and there's little parking in the area but it's definitely worth the trip. The sides are pretty good too, though there's corn in the Mac salad but this is Korea, so no surprise.
