★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spotted kitchen worker using the restroom. He them left the restroom and did not wash his hands. I followed him to see where he went. He went straight to the kitchen. I complained to the manager. The manager acted as I'd it was not a big deal because the restaurant was on 2 hours break. The next I mentioned the issue to the cashier. She said no big deal because they have sink in the kitchen. Needless to say, we will not be eating at States Grill at Camp Henry again.
