제 앞에 대기자도 없이 바로 주문했는데 주문받은 직원분.. 뭣 때문에 짜증이 나 계셨는지 모르겠지만 저 기프트콘으로 받은 걸로 주문하다가 저도 모르게 눈치 봤네요.
주문할 때도 툴툴거리더니 결제할 때 기프티콘으로 하려고 핸드폰 내밀었는데 바코드가 안보였나봐요.
바코드 보여야해요. 이러면서 화를 삼키는 것처럼 한숨 삼키더니 바코드 리더기를 툭 내려놓으시더군요.
티가 안 날거라 생각하신지 모르겠지만 너무 티가 났어요.
어디가서 함부로 말하지도 않고, 제 지인도 스벅에서 근무하기 때문에 일이 힘들다는 건 잘 알고 있습니다.
일이 힘드셔서라면 안타깝지만 제가 그분께 뭔가 잘못 한 게 아니잖아요.
커피 주문할 때 직원 기분까지 살피면서 해야하는 건지 의아하네요.
이날 너무 불쾌했어요.
테이크아웃해서 운전하며 돌아오는데 계속 기분이 찝찝하더라구요.
업무 미팅 때문에도 가끔 들리던 곳인데 다시는 여기 안가려구요.
