자그마하게 오픈된 공간에 위치해 스벅느낌은 좀 덜하지만
창가 뷰가 넓고 시원해서 좋음.
 Starbucks is located in the lobby on the 1st floor of the Ark Place building.
It is located in a small open space, so it feels less rustling
Good because the window view is wide and cool.
