D	Daryl K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 언리미티드 제품 구매해서 사용하다, 남들 한달에 몇번씩도 바꿀때 지방이라 형편이 안되서 1-2년만에 처음으로 무상교체 서비스 받으려니 약관 바뀌었다고 이전에 교체이력 없어도 단 한번을 안바꿔주고 배째라식으로 대처한 회사입니다. 물론 약관변경 되면 바꿔줄 의무는 없지만, 개인적으론 통수맞은 뒤로는 믿고 거르는 회사고, 가성비도 옛날 얘기. 이미 비슷한 제품군 판매하는 다른 회사 제품들이 가성비와 품질면 모두 앞서가지 않나 싶네요. 경쟁품목 타사제품 아무리 가성비 광고하며 팔아도 밀스펙이랑 다 충족시키니 더 이상은 굳이 여기제품 사고 싶지 않음. 팔아먹을때는 영원히 서비스 해줄것 처럼 광고하고 팔고나면 그만이라는 식으로 당해보니 두번 다시 사고싶지도 않지만 신뢰하고 싶지도 않은 회사입니다. 개인적으러는 절-대 사지말라고 말씀 드리고 싶네요. 호갱인증 그 이상도 이하도 아닌듯. C	ChangSeob Park on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 슈피겐홀에 들렀다가 매장에서 케이스를 샀습니다. 지하 2층이라 너무 안보이는데 있는거 아닌가 싶지만 매장 자체는 꽤 무난하고 네이버쇼핑에 슈피겐케이스가 많이 팔린다고 올라오길래 품질은 괜찮은 거 같습니다. I stopped by Spigen Hall and bought a case at the store. The 2nd basement floor is so invisible, but I don't think it's there, but the store itself is pretty good, and the quality seems to be good because it is said that Naver Shopping sells many Spigen cases.
H	HyukJin Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3시반쯤 애플스토어에서 아이폰11 구입 후 근처에 있는 슈피겐 가로수점 방문. 청소중인듯 한데 별다른 안내문이 없어서 들어가니 직원이 4명인가 있고 손님이 한명도 없는 상황임에도 인사나 뭘 찾느냐는 응대가 전혀 없어서 당황 했습니다. 뭔가 싶은 상황에서 케이스랑 강화유리 구경하는데도, 아무 대응이 없어서 그냥 혼자보고 계산대가서 '구입 후 바로 부착 가능한지' 문의 하니 가능하다고 해서 구입후 부착 받았고요. 부착 완료 후 매장을 나갈 때까지 역시나 잘가라거나 감사하다는 인사는 없었네요 (했을지도 모르지만 확실하게 인사를 했구나 할 정도의 목소리는 못 들었습니다) 품질이 좋고 나쁘고를 떠나서 매장의 서비스가 굉장히 안좋았기에 다시 이용할 일은 없다고 생각합니다.
