★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 29cm 물건 주문 시 "취소" 안됩니다. 잘 생각하고 주문하세요. 결재 직후에만 취소버튼 생성되고 그 이후에는 1:1 문의를 통하라고 되어있는데, 고객센터는 10시부터 운영하고 업체는 9시부터 물건 쌈. 1:1문의 답변이 왔는데 켜켜이 쌓인 박스 속에서 내 박스 찾기 힘들다함ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 그러니까 택배 받고 반품하세요. 그런데 왕복 택배비 6천원은 다 고객님 몫이에요~! ^^* 고객센터 상담시간이 짧으면 취소버튼이 있던가. 니들 상담시간에 맞춰서 쇼핑하고 취소도 해야되나요?ㅎ.ㅎ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not easy to talk with a representative here. Their working hours are rather short, and they don't answer phone calls on the weekends. So, it's best to leave your message on their 1:1 Q&A. But, their responses are slow. In addition, they're not good about following up on requests. I would not recommend this site. From my prior experiences, you know how great a company is based on the way they deal with problems. And, this company lacks in that area big time!
