Dr. Steve is responsible for leading the development of the company's short and long-term strategy and vision and creating/implementing the company's technical roadmaps.
He served as VP of Engineering at GCT from 2001 to 2015 in Silicon Valley, where he led the planning, development, and mass production of multiple single-chip products.
He has over 25 years of experience in PHY Single-chip (analog + digital) design and engineering services, working with many of the top semiconductor companies worldwide for products covering 4G, LTE, WiMAX, WiFi, DMB, and Bluetooth.
In addition, he has deep insight into cutting-edge technology development and holds 40+ patents. He is one of the core contributors to high-speed automotive link standards of Automotive SerDes Alliance (ASA) and IEEE802.3.
He holds Ph.D/MS/BS degrees from Seoul National University.
