김	김은미 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 최악임. 작년에 분해정비 맡기러 갔는데 작업 많이 밀렸다고 2주 걸린다고 통보. 여기까진 바쁜 시즌이라 이해했음. 어쨌든 그렇게 맡기고 났는데 빡치는 일이 생김 하루 전날 저녁8시에 전화와서 죄송한데 일주일만 시간 더 달라고 함. 적어도 3일 전에 그랬으면 이해했을 거임. 근데 하루전날 밤에 연락 와서 대뜸 그러니까 나도 일정이 있으니 안 된다고 함 *전화 거신 고객응대하시는 분은 굉장히 예의바르게 양해를 구하는 느낌이었는데 남자(분해정비 담당하는 사람으로 추정) 이 반말로 띡띡 거리며 여자분한테 짜증내는 투의 목소리 전화기 통해서 들림... 여차저차 원래 일정으로 맞춰준다고 해서 (당연한 건데 미안한 마음 들게 함) 다음날 수령. 그리고 로라를 타는데 갑자기 중요부위가 엄청 쓸려서 아픈 거다. 분해정비 받느라 몇주 자전거 못타서 그런가보다 싶었는데, 계속 타도 아픔ㅋ 막 화끈거리고 쓸린 느낌에 만져보니까 혹 생김. 이건 분명 분해정비하고 피팅 원래값으로 복원 못한 거다. 안장코가 더 내려가야 맞는 건데 제대로 복구안해놔서 한동안 고생함 비싼 돈 주고 내가 왜 이고생을 하나 현타 옴. 전화로 항의하려다 굳이 감정소모하기 싫어서 그냥 다른분들 분해정비 맡기기 전에 참고 하시라고 올림.
