C	Cut .D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 반지 사진 절대 못찍게하는데 사진찍어서 올라온 후기는 일단 보류하세요. 여기 고객 우습게 봅니다. 후처리도 엉망이고 원래 그런식으로 영업하는건지 아님 만만해보이는 고객 가려서 말하고 행동하고 반지도 개판으로 주는건지. 너무 화가나고 원래 종로 이런식인지 웨딩플래너인 친구한테 말하니 일처리도 말도안돼고 그런식으로 고객한테 응대한 것도 어이가 없는거고, 그건 대놓고 예비신부 개무시하고 돈받고 팔았으니 땡이라는 심보인거라고 함. 진심으로 여기 비추합니다. 네이버는 무슨 작정하고 좋은 리뷰만 보이게 해놓은건지 전에 솔직하고 비슷한 일 겪은 분들 리뷰들 다보였는데 지금은 평점낮은순으로 보기가 힘듬. 아무튼 제발 고객응대 진심이고 자세히 해주고 고객이 원하는대로 맞춰주고 끝까지 응대, 후처리 잘해주는 다른 곳으로 가세요. 반지들 볼때마다 예랑이가 떠오르고 기분이 좋아야하는데 대신 화가 치밀어 올라서 결국 반지 다시 다른데서 맞춥니다. You are never allowed to take a picture of the ring, but please put a hold on reviews posted by taking pictures. Here the customer looks ridiculous. Is the post-processing messed up and they are doing business that way, or are they talking about and acting on customers who look like happy customers and giving out rings as a rookie? I was so angry and told my friend, who was a wedding planner, that it was like this in Jongno, the work was absurd and it was ridiculous to treat customers in that way. I sincerely appreciate it here. I've seen all the honest reviews of people who have gone through similar things before, but now it's hard to see them in the order of the lowest ratings. Anyway, please go to another place that is sincere and detailed in customer service, tailors it to the customer's wishes, and responds well to the end and post-processing. Every time I look at the rings, I think of a yandere and I should be in a good mood, but instead, my anger rises and I end up fitting the ring again in another place.
