★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 주차 정말 불편하고 뭐랄까 ... 홍콩에 있는 그 빈민가의 빼곡한 아파트 같은 느낌이랄까... 숨막힙니다.
Parking is really inconvenient and what it sounds like... it feels like a stuffy apartment in that slum in Hong Kong... breathtaking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이 아파트를 보니, 시민공원 촉진구역 경관심의 왜했나 싶다...촉진구역 개발이 마무리되면, 아마 시범아파트가 63빌딩과 같은 높이로 설계된 여의도의 느낌을 시민공원에서 받을 수 있을듯.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 부전역세권에 서면상권과 가까워 도심의 이점을 가득 안고 있으면서 시민공원광장, 송상현광장 같은 녹지도 가까워 위치하는 끝내준다. 그러나 초등학교가 비교적 먼 편이라 완벽한 입지라고 말하기는 어렵다.
애 없는 세대에겐 참 좋은 위치.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 초고층 아파트 외관도 웅장하고 시민공원과 송상현광장을 끼고 도심에서 산책하기도 좋고 부전 시장이 바로 앞에있어 싱싱한 부식 과일 생필품등을 구매 할수 있는 위치에 있어 참좋아요

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 위치야말로 갑. 부전시장. 시민공원. 송상현 광장을 걸어서 이용가능. 서면 연산동 등 사통팔달. 단 소음과 공기질이 안좋은건 안고 가야할 부분. 새 집이니 좋고. 아직 상가 입점이 덜 되었고 학생들이 있다면 학원이나 학교가 살짝 걸리는 부분
