CS가 최악입니다, 누적 월 100건 서비스를 산다고 한것을 구매했는데 매월 100건으로 구매를 실수로 하였고 매달 5만5천원씩 빠져나가는 형식이었습니다. 제 잘못이기에 양해를 구했습니다. 1년간 6건썼는데 16만원을 결제 한 셈이 됐었으니까요. 사내 규정에 따라 처리한다고, 다소 귀찮은 투로 말하길래 소비자 보호법에 신고하였습니다. 참고로 소소비자 보호법 상 사용하지않은 부분에 대해 90%는 환불이 됩니다. 앞으로여기는 다시 쓸 계획 없습니다. 다시 말하지만 모두사인이 1등인 이유가 있네요. 얼마나 가는지 지켜보겠습니다. CS is the worst, I bought what I was told I would buy 100 services per month, but I made a mistake in purchasing 100 per month, and it was in the form of getting 55,000 won each month. I apologized because it was my fault. I wrote 6 cases in a year, but it was like paying 160,000 won. I reported it to the Consumer Protection Act because I said in a rather annoying tone that it was handled according to the company regulations. For reference, 90% of unused parts are refunded under the Small Consumer Protection Act. There are no plans to rewrite this in the future. Again, there is a reason why everyone has signed 1st place. We'll see how far it goes.
