★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 미국식 IPA 전문 양조장을 표방한다더니 이파를 정말 잘 하던! 어제의 에일크루.
사장님 부부의 은혜로 전종을 마셔볼 수 있었는데,
내 최애는
아메리칸 블루 웨스트코스트 하이브리드 IPA
골든 마카우 더블 헤이지 IPA
크라이오 팝 Hazy IPA.
였는데 같이 간 분께서는 와이티도 매우 높게 평가했고,
번외의 느낌으로 호피한 쾰쉬도 엄청 맛있었다.
아메리칸 블루 IPA는 무려 대전 두탭스에서도 온탭을 했고, 두탭스 사장님께서도 추천을 해주셔서 기대했는데 역시나!
골든 마카우 더블 헤이지 IPA는 무려 킹수를 잡겠다는 공격적인 홍보 문구라 사실 친구들과 함께 궁금+정말??의 느낌이 있었는데,
신선함 가산점으로, "비벼볼 만 하다"는 게 개인적인 평.
나올 때 크라이오 팝 Hazy IPA와 함께 3캔씩 6캔을 테이크아웃 해올 정도.
신나게 잘 먹고,
염치없이 모든 이파의 도수가 6-7도인 점이 딱 하나 아쉽다고 8.5도 이상의 더블을 만들어달라고 요청 드리고 옴 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 홍대입구역 경의선 숲길에 있던 에일크루 탭하우스가 가좌쪽에 양조장을 열었다고 하고, 무려 ipa 전문 양조장이라는 말을 듣고 궁금한 마음에 들러봤습니다.
가볍게 두잔만 마셔볼까 하는 마음으로 일단 시킨 드라이호핑 라거는 서빙되는데 12분이 걸려 조금 난감했어요. 12분이 지나도 나오지 않아서(시간이 너무 없어서ㅜㅜ) 무슨 문제가 있냐고 찾아갔더니 원래 거품이 많이 나오는 맥주라 따르는데 시간이 많이 걸린다고 하네요. 바쁘신 분들은 참고하시고요.
맛도 얼마전 먹었던 툼브로이의 호피라거를 생각하고 시켰는데 드라이호핑치고 너무 톡톡쏘는 홉의 향과 쓴맛이 살짝 걸렸어요.
서빙에 시간을 많이 써버려 남은 시간이 없어서 일어나려다가, 이 한잔만 먹고 이대로 가기 너무 아쉬워서 딱 한잔만 더 먹고 가자며 시킨 블루마카우 헤이지ipa에 모든 불만걱적정근심이 녹아내렸습니다. 아니 그냥 처음부터 이걸 마실걸 그랬어!! 결국 뒷 한시간 일정도 취소하고 해질때까지 더 마시고 갔네요.
여러분, 여기선 그냥 무조건 블루마카우 헤이지ipa입니다. 메모메모-

I was going to get up because I didn't have time to serve because I wasted a lot of time, but I was so sad to eat this cup and to go on like this, so I had just one more drink and then all of my dissatisfaction and worries melted away with the Blue Macaw Heiji Ipa. No, I just meant to drink this from the beginning!! In the end, I canceled the schedule for the next hour and drank more until sunset.
