★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛 좋은 중국음식집인건 확실하지만
그냥 유명한 동네 맛집 수준이에요
멀리서 찾아갈 정도로 핵맛집은 아님.
일반적인 기준에서 양이 확실히 적은 편이고
개취긴 하지만 면이 아주 가늘어서 전 별로여
유명하다는 쟁반짜장도 전 그럭저럭
근데 맛은 둘째치고 서비스가 ㅠㅠ
주문하기 전에 제약이 너무 많아요
줄서자마자 주문부터 후다닥 해야하는데 그 뒤로 메뉴변경이나 추가는 절대 불가

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛집검색해서 짬뽕전문이라길래 방문했는데 여긴 쟁반짜장 전문점이라고 해야할듯합니다. 여행간사람들이 처음방문하면 짬뽕을 시키는데 그지역 사람들은 거의 다 쟁반짜장을 시켜먹더라구요... 이런정보가 있었음 저희도 짬뽕에 탕수육 안시켰을거에요.... 먼저 탕수육이 나왔는데 튀김은 꼭 냉동탕수육 튀긴것처럼 엄청 딱딱하고 소스도 그닥 맛있지않았습니다... 아! 종류가 2가지인데 전 일반탕수육 시켰어요.. 근데 복분자탕수육시켰음 어땠을까 생각도 해봤지만 탕수육은 비추입니다.. 그리고 한참뒤 나온 짬뽕곱배기.... 거대한 그릇에 처음 짬뽕을 받으면 특이한게 면이얇아 국수같아요.... 제 개취는 얇은면보다 기본짬뽕면이 더 좋더라구요.... 그리고 실내 인테리어에 음식사진이 있던데 짬뽕사진에 해산물이 여러종류라 기대했었는데..... 짬뽕에 해산물이라곤 오징어몇개에 홍합몇개가 전부였습니다.... 저희짬뽕만 그랬던건지 원래 그런건지는 모르겠지만 제가받은 짬뽕곱배기에는 굵게썰린 양파와 당근이 대부분이더라구요.... 벽면사진에서처럼 어딘가 새우가 있겠지.... 열심히 휘져어봤지만 새우꼬랑지하나 발견못했네요.... 맛집검색에 안떠도 이동네 중국집이 여기뿐이라 장사는 될듯하지만 줄서서 먹을정도의 짬뽕과 탕수육은 아니었어요..... 혹시나 방문하시는분들은 쟁반짜장을 드시길 바래요.... 지역분들은 자리에 앉자마자 쟁반짜장을 말씀하시더라구요.... 제 개인취향일수도 있으니 참고정도만 하시고 방문하심 될듯하네요.....
I came here after searching for a restaurant that specializes in Jjamppong, but I think it should be said that this is a restaurant specializing in Tray Jjajang. When people visiting for the first time, they order Jjamppong, but most people in the area order Jjajang on a tray... If there was such information, we wouldn't have ordered sweet and sour pork for Jjamppong.... First, sweet and sour pork came out, but the tempura is definitely frozen sweet and sour pork. It was very hard like fried, and the sauce was not very tasty... Ah! There are two types, but I ordered plain sweet and sour pork.. But I thought about how it would be if I had bokbunja sweet and sour pork, but sweet and sour pork is the best. I think.... My taste is that the basic jjamppong noodles are better than the thin noodles.... And there were food photos in the interior, but I was expecting that there were several kinds of seafood in the jjamppong photos.... The seafood in the jjamppong is a few squid. There were only a few mussels.... I don't know if it was only our Jjamppong or the original, but the Jjamppong pork belly that I received had mostly coarsely chopped onions and carrots.... Like the picture on the wall, there must be some shrimp.... Stir it hard. I looked, but couldn't find a single shrimp skewer.... Even if I didn't go to a restaurant search, there was only one Chinese restaurant in Dongdaemun, so it seemed to be doing business, but the jjamppong and sweet and sour pork were not enough to eat in a line.... I hope you can eat it.... The locals say the tray of jajang as soon as they sit down.... It may be my personal preference, so it seems like you should just take a look and visit.....

?평 : 11시경 방문하니 손님들이 꽤 있었고 식사가 다 끝날 무렵인 12시쯤 웨이팅이 있었습니다.
쟁반짜장의 맛은 정말 평범한 짜장면의 맛과 불향을 입힌 신라면 정도 맵기의 오징어볶음이 나오는데 이 오징어볶음 역시도 크게 특별한 맛이 느껴지는게 없기에 개인적으로는 무난한 맛이었습니다. 사람들이 면을 다 먹고 공깃밥을 비벼먹는게 가장 맛있다고들 하는데 저는 먹어보지 못하였기에 그것에 대한 점을 배제하고 이야기해보아도 저는 특색있는 곳이라고 느끼진 못하였습니다.
?총평 : 불맛나는 적당히 매운 오징어볶음과 짜장면의 조합이 궁금하신 분들은 방문 하시길.

?Pyeong: When I visited around 11pm, there were quite a few customers and there was a wait around 12pm when the meal was over.
The taste of Tray Jjajang is the taste of ordinary Jajangmyeon and the spicy stir-fried squid that is as spicy as Shin Ramyun coated with fire. People say that eating all the noodles and mixing the rice with rice is the most delicious, but I haven't tried it, so I didn't feel that it was a special place even if I talked about it excluding the point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 얇은 면이 인상적 입니다.
좌식이라 아가들은 조금 불편할 수 있습니다.
추가주문 안된다고 하셔서 쟁반짜장, 탕슉 작은거 주문했는데 쟁반짜장에 밥2그릇 넣어 비벼먹으니 잘 먹는 아들포함 셋이서 넉넉하게 먹었구요,
면만 드신다면 조금 양이 작을 수 있습니다.
짬뽕 못먹어봐서 조만간 다시 가보려합니다.
The thin side is impressive.
It can be a little uncomfortable for babies as it is a sedentary one.
They said they couldn't order extra, so I ordered a small bowl of jajangjang and a small bowl of tangshun, but I put 2 bowls of rice in the tray and ate it.
If you only eat noodles, the quantity may be a little small.
I haven't tried Jjamppong, so I'm going to try again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 먹을만 하긴한데 한시간 기다려서 먹을 정도의 맛일까... 고민하게 됩니다.
쟁반짜장에 오징어 볶음은 약간 팔당닭발 맛하고 비슷하고요, 짬뽕은 평타 정도 인데 간이 좀 강한편 입니다.
두개 다 면은 일반 중식면이 아니고 오히려 소면 같은 느낌이라 양념을 잘 머금고 있습니다.
탕수육은 복분자 말고 일반으로 먹었는데, 튀김옷에 맥주를 넣었나 싶을 정도의 식감이었습니다.
결론은 줄이 긴거 같으면 다음 기회를 노리세요.
쟁반짜장 4점 / 짬뽕 2점 / 탕수육 1점 정도라 생각 됩니다.

Stir-fried squid in Jjajang on a tray tastes a little like Paldang Chicken Feet, and Jjambbong is about flat, but the seasoning is a little stronger.
Both noodles are not regular Chinese noodles, but rather like somen noodles, so they hold the seasoning well.
I ate sweet and sour pork without bokbunja, but it had a texture that made me think that beer was added to the batter.

저는 더 좋아던 점은 면이 얇아 아이가 먹기도 좋았고 저도 너무 맛나게 잘 먹었어요♡
근처에 가면 꼭 다시 들리고 싶은 곳이예용^^
The taste is doubled when you eat the fried squid with incense mixed with Jjajang.
What I liked more was that the noodles were thin, so it was good for children to eat, and I also ate it very deliciously♡
It is a place I want to visit again if I go nearby.
