장사하시는 분들이 이 시장에서는 그래도 꽤 젊은편이라 족발 맛이 트렌드하다. 식어서 굳기보다는 따뜻하고 말랑하고 간이 꽤 있는 편이다. 각자 간에 따라 소스없이 먹어도 충분할정도다.
