(디자이너와 매니져 모두 의자에 앉아 핸드폰을 보고있었음) 의자에 앉아있으니 점장의 이야기를 듣고 그제서야 와서 대응을 했습니다. 응대 후 자리에 앉아서 여자친구가 무슨 커트를 할건지 물어봐서 얘기하는데 신경질적으로 퉁명스럽고 짜증섞인 소리로 얘기하고 "그럴거면 안자르시는게 나아요"라는 등 의 이야기를해서 왜 응대를 그런식으로 하시냐고 물어보니 다른데가서 자르라고 얘기했습니다. 이런글 잘 안올리는데 집에와서 생각해보니 매장에서 제대로 된 사과도 받지 못해서 올립니다. 좋은 기분으로 머리 자르러 갔다가 시간과 기분만 버리고 돌아왔네요... 빠른 개선이 필요할 것 같습니다... 다시는 가지않을것 같아요 이글 보면 본사에서 연락좀 주세요 2020.11.8 7pm visit I went to cut with my girlfriend There was no greeting or response. a	a place for people who need to speak their mind on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 눈치가 없는 건지 예의가 없는건지 모르겠는데 아무리 말 없고 조용해 보이는 손님이라도 속일 생각은 말아야죠. 남 호구로 보고 바가지를 씌우시면 어떡합니까... 손님 앞에서 대놓고 바가지 씌우는거 적어도 티는 내지 맙시다. 다 들통나요 그거. I don't know if it's ignorant or disrespectful, but I don't want to deceive a customer, no matter how talkative and quiet. M What if I see you as a hogu and rip you off... Let's at least avoid paying rip offs in front of customers. Do you hear it all?
사	사랑3반문의현 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 오자마자 상담하기전에 가운도 안주고 머리부터 감음 감고나서 수건도 안주고 자리옮기라고 해서 물떨어진다하니 그때서야 수건대줌. 디자이너 상담하고 자리옮기는데 머리에서 물뚝뚝 떨어지는데 수건도 가져가서 안주고 자리가니 그때서야 가운줌. 미용실가면 가운입고 상담하고 머리감는게 절차아닌가요? 이런미용실 처음 입니다 여튼 상담할때 영양해야한다했는데 이미 기분이 망쳐버린상태라 돈쓰기도 싫고 빨리 나가고 싶어서 단호하게 안한다했더니 표정 굳음. 여튼 머리하는중억 핸드폰 배터리 없어서 충전해달라니 충전기가 다 사용중이라 안된다고 해서 주위를 둘러보니 손님은 저 혼자 였습니다 보통 손님꺼 먼저 해주지 않나요? 큰건아니지만 사소한거 하나하나가 아쉬운 미용실이네요 별점 하나도 아깝지만 보조분은 친절했습니다 As soon as they arrive, they don't give me a gown before consulting, wash my hair, and then don't give me a towel and tell me to move, so the water runs out.
