★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 지하1층에 넥스트아트센터가 있다.연말송년모임장소로 대관할 수가 있고 예술품들이 색다른 분위기를 연출하고 소리가 밖으로 나가지 않기 때문에 모임장소로는 적합하다
불을 끄고 촛불로 분위기를 더 띄울 수 있기에 분위기는 시간이 지날수록 무르익는다
The Next Art Center is located on the first basement floor, which can be rented for year-end and New Year's meetings.
