★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 첨 갔는데 사장님 혼자하시느라 신경은 써주시는데 기본 찬이나 물,술 다 직접 가져다먹고 더 먹고 싶어도 바쁘신데 죄송해서 추가 못하고 나왔어요. 돈 주고 먹으면서 미안했네요

우연히 집옆에 부산갈매기.라는 갖판을보고 와이프와 가보았습니다.
초기반찬 셋팅해주시고 고기 주문하면 바로 셋팅....고기는.이렇게 구워야 맛잇다고 친절히 설명해주시는사장님....그리고 술은 반찬추가는 셀프 라고 말하시는사장님....처음 방문한가게라 황당했죠 술도 셀프라니 ㅡㅡㅋ 첨엔 기분이 별로엿지만....도기먹는중간 중간에 계속해서 사장님이 오시고 이야기걸어주시고 하시더라구요.
그때든생각이 아 이가게에 손님이 많은 이유가 사장님의 친근감인가?햇죠.
고기종류는 몇가지돼는 갈매기살.눈꽃살 이것만 기억나네요 ㅋ
고기가 매진이 잘돼다보니.아참 꼼장어도 있엇네요.
셀프빠로가면 마늘. 마늘쫑무침.쌈장.피클양배추절임.명이나물.김치을 살짝 끓인듯한 맛의김치.<<<<<요고요고 밥도둑입니다.
청양고추는 사장님게 이야기하시면주셔요.
이렇게 계산하고 어제또갓는데.
고기맛도 고기맛이지만. 1번갓을뿐인데....
사장님이 저희 부부을 기억하고 있더라구요
덕분에 바쁘셔서 고기셋팅빼곤 모두 셀프...ㅋㅋ
아참 그리고 어항이 있어요. 중간어항은 고기을 숙성시키는곳같고요.옆 칸에보면 황도깡통이 마니 마니들어있어요 그건 셀프로 드시는 고객님들에게 드리는 써비스 라네요.역시 셀프 ㅋㅋ
맛있게 잘먹었습니다.

The boss kept coming and talking to me in the middle of eating pottery.
Even then, I thought, is the boss's friendliness the reason why there are so many customers in this store?
There are several types of meat, such as seagull meat. I only remember this one.
Because the meat sells out well.
Garlic if you go to Self Bar. Garlic pickles, ssamjang, pickled cabbage, pickled vegetables, kimchi with a taste like a light boil.
If you talk to the boss about Cheongyang pepper, give it to me.
I calculated like this and did it again yesterday.
Meat tastes like meat. It's only the 1st one....
The boss remembers us
Thanks to you, you are busy, so everything is self-service except for the meat setting... lol
Oh, and there is a fish tank. The middle fish tank is like a place where meat is aged. If you look in the next compartment, there is a can of yellow grapes in it.
It was deliciously eaten.
