★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 함흥냉면의 기본기가 탄탄한 느낌입니다. 면수도 고소하면서 짭조롬한게 식욕을 돋구고 물냉면의 육수는 깔끔하고, 비냉의 양념은 자극적이지 않아 좋습니다. 최근 비싼 음식이 된 냉면을 가격대비 만족스럽게 먹을 수 있었습니다.
The basics of Hamheung naengmyeon are solid. The noodles are also savory and salty, and the broth of the mulnaengmyeon is clean, and the seasoning of the nasal noodles is not irritating. I was able to eat cold noodles, which has become an expensive dish recently, for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 사장님 내외가 마음을 담아 열심히 좋은 맛을 위해 노력하는 냉면집입니다. 은평구에서 잘하는 냉면집인데, 솔직히 서울에서 이렇게 조화롭게 간을 내며 맛있게 하는 집이 드물정도입니다. 함흥냉면의 숨은 보고같습니다. 하나하나 빚어내는 만두도 너무 맛있고, 중구와 강남의 유명한 함흥냉면집에 뒤지지 않는 서비스와 맛을 자랑합니다.
It is a naengmyeon restaurant where both the boss and the outside work hard for good taste. It's a cold noodle restaurant in Eunpyeong-gu, but honestly, there are few places in Seoul that taste harmoniously and taste like this. It is like a hidden treasure of Hamheung naengmyeon. The dumplings made one by one are also very delicious, and the service and taste are comparable to those of the famous Hamheung naengmyeon restaurants in Jung-gu and Gangnam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 불광동의 괜찮은 함흥냉면집. 6호선 독바위역과 불광역 중간 지점에 있어요.
회냉면 8,500원, 왕만두 6알 6,900원. 착한 가격에 넉넉한 양, 무엇보다 맛있습니다. 회냉면에 고명도 푸짐하고 고구마전분 100%로 뽑는다는 면발도 얇고 쫄깃해요.
아쉬운 점 하나는 식전에 주는 뜨거운 육수. 그날 따라 그런 건지 모르겠지만 많이 짰어요. 메인이 맛있으니까 괜찮지만 육수 간만 조금 덜하시면 좋을 것 같아요.
A good Hamheung naengmyeon restaurant in Bulgwang-dong. It is located halfway between Dokbawi Station and Bulgwang Station on Line 6.
Hoe-naengmyeon 8,500 won, 6 king dumplings 6,900 won. Affordable prices, generous portions, and above all, delicious. The sashimi noodles have a generous amount of garnish, and the noodles made with 100% sweet potato starch are thin and chewy.
One disappointment is the hot broth served before meals. I don't know if it depends on that day, but I wrote a lot. It's okay because the main is delicious, but I think it would be better if the broth was a little less seasoned.
