보통 솥뚜껑에 삼겹살을 구워먹으면 맛있는데, 소재 자체가 캐스트아이언이라 열을 많이 푼을 수 있고 기울어진 각도 때문에 기름이 빠지기 쉬움. 그러나 손잡이 때문에 뭔가 모르게 면적에서 손해보는 느낌. 더불어 흘러내린 돼지 기름으로 볶으면 뭐든 맛있어 지는데 솥뚜껑은 끝이 쭉 떨어지게 무언가는 볶기에는 어려움. 이집은 솥뚜껑 손잡이를 날리고 끝에 각을 줘서 온갖 음식을 올려 이 두가지 단점을 극복함. 사장님의 진지함이 느껴짐.
고기는 이미 초벌을 구워내 와서 기름이 빠지기 직전에 올려줌. 주위에 쭉 둘러 데코된 음식들은 돼지기름에 자동적으로 볶아져서 곁들여 먹으면 됨. 두부를 올려 주시는데 돼지기름에 튀기듯이 구워진 두부는 정말 맛있음. 딱 봐도 한국인의 자부심이 느껴지는 한상차림. 고기퀄리티도 괜찮고 맛도 좋음. 역시 마무리는 볶음밥으로.
