★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 식당에 가면 먼저 나오는 밑반찬의 수준이 식당의 메인메뉴의 수준을 대충 가늠할 수 있는 척도 중 하나라고 생각하는데, 일단 밑반찬의 수준도 매우 높은 편. 방문 시 먹어본 메뉴는 살치살,채끝살,돼지갈비였는데 일단 고기의 질 자체는 매우 훌륭함. 숙성도 굉장히 잘 되어있고 육즙도 풍부함. 옥의티가 있다면 숯을 좀 아낀다고 해야 하나... 화력이 딸려서 중간에 숯을 보충해서 먹긴 했지만, 생각보다 소고기의 퀄리티가 매우 뛰어났음. 소고기의 단점으로는 높은 가격...꽤 비싼편. 소고기 먹으러 마장동에 가끔 가지만 거의 1.5배 가격이 아닐까 싶음. 그런데 이 가게의 백미는 돼지갈비였음. 이정도 퀄리티의 소고기 집을 찾는건 사실 어려운 일은 아님. 가격의 압박을 이겨내기만 한다면 이보다 더 좋은 소고기는 어디서든 먹을 수 있겠지만, 상대적으로 가격이 저렴한 돼지갈비는 저정도 퀄리티의 가게를 찾기가 정말 어려움. 인생돼지갈비집이라고 생각함 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 정말맛있음.
