★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pilates is relatively a new field in Korea compared to North America. It was difficult finding well-qualified and trained pilates instructors. Many korean Websites and Blogs do not provide the Background training a pilates instructor received. I took a few private sessions at this studio so far and am very satisfied with the on-the-spot adjustments that are made, the variety of equipments used, and the professionalism of the staff members.
