저는 지금 그 업체때문에 몇일째 화가 납니다.. 6월에 청소를 받았어요.. 에어컨 물이 새서 As를 불렀는데..안에 청소한부분에 물때랑 곰팡이가 그대로 있었고 풍향조절하는 것도 부러진 상태에 조립이 덜 되어 있어 물이 샌 상황이였습니다. 지금 집주인 분께서는 벽지 부분을 배상하라고 하시는데 계약기간이 얼마 안 남은 상황에 곤란해 미치겠습니다. 청소를 하는 날..생각해보니 청소한 모습이 불안해 저 사장님 청소를 그렇게 하셔도 되냐는 질문에 그 아저씨가 저에게 아가씨 청소는 다 그렇게 한다고 하셨는데.. 이런 상황이 되네요.. 그 업체와 지금 몇일째 연락 중인데 ..정말 전화할때마다 같은 상황에 어이가 없습니다. 그 콜센터는 배정만 했지 다 그 청소한 사람이 책임자라고 그 사람과 얘기하라는 답변만 들었고 사과도 하지 않아 화가 더 납니다. 정말 이런 업체는 없어지길 바랍니다. 이 업체에 청소 의뢰를 고민 중 이신 분들께 제 댓글이 도움이 되셨으면 하네요..

I'm angry for a few days now because of the company.. I was cleaned in June... I called As because the air conditioner leaked water, but there were water stains and mold in the cleaned part, and the wind direction control was broken, and the assembly was less, so the water was leaking. The landlord now asks you to compensate for the wallpaper, but I will be in trouble with the situation where the contract period is short. When I think about the cleaning day... When asked if the boss could clean up like that, the uncle told me that all the lady cleaning is like that... This is the situation... I've been in contact with that company for a few days now..Every time I really call, it's ridiculous in the same situation. The call center was assigned only, but I was told to tell the person that the person who cleaned it was in charge, and he didn't apologize. I really hope that there are no such companies. 저는 청소업체를 맡기진 않았지만 여기 전화하신분 응대가 너무 불쾌하고 좋지 않았습니다. 성함은 구지 밝히진 않겠지만 밑에 먼저 리뷰 달아주신분 때문에 악수를 안둘수있어 다행입니다.
