유	유명종 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 삼도세기 보라매점이 본점이라네요. 오늘 이곳을 다녀왔는데 평소에 먹던 돼지고기와는 비교할 수 없는 부드러운 육질과 맛이었습니다. 숄더렉과 삼겹살, 항정살, 갈비살을 먹었는데 주인장 말로는 드라이에이징을 한 것이라고 하더라고요. 그래서 그런지 향미와 맛, 부드러운 돼지고기의 절정을 맛본 듯 합니다. 가격은 좀 되지만 만족도는 그 가격을 넘어설 만큼 높아서 가성비와 가심비가 뛰어납니다. 또한 Covid-19에 대비한 방역도 잘 지켜지고 있고 고기 굽는 냄새도 안나게 시설을 해 놔서 식사 후의 기분도 좋았습니다. 밑반찬의 가지수는 적지만 담백했고 냉면과 김치찌개, 된장찌개의 맛도 좋았어요. 조만간 또 가봐야 겠어요.
