★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제대로 관리가 되지 않는 것 같아 아쉬움이 있다. 이 서원은 전라북도 문화재자료 제36호로 지정되어 있다. 1695년에 황희(黃喜)·황수신(黃守身)·유호인(兪好仁)·장응두(張應斗)의 학문과 덕행을 추모하기 위해 창건하여 위패를 모셨다. 1968년에 강백진(康伯珍)을 추가 배향하여 매년 7월 10일에 향사를 지내고 있다.
