1.주차장 없어 불편
2.강사 수시로 바껴서 불편
3. 재등록 장기 회원혜택없음. 신규랑 같음.재등록할 의사없음.
4.3명이하 예약할때 당일취소 되기도하여 불편
5.예약이 많어 내가원하는시간에 예약하기 좀 힘든편임.
6.고객응대가 느림
7.회원 관리가잘안됨.

1. Inconvenient because there is no parking lot
2. Inconvenient to change instructors frequently
3. No long-term membership benefits for re-registration. Same as new. No intention to re-register.
Inconvenient as it may be canceled on the same day when booking for less than 4.3 people
