스트레칭 룸과 헬스장 분리되어 있어소 맨몸운동 하기도 좋고 프리웨이트나 머신 쓰기도 좋습니다.
단점은 런닝머신이 6대, 사이클이 3대로, 스텝퍼 1대로 유산소계열 머신이 적은데, 다른 머신에 대한 안내가 부족한지 런닝머신을 주로 하셔서 러시타임에는 런닝하기가 좀 어렵습니다.
그래도 워낙 환기 빵빵하게 해주셔서 조금 안심이 되고, 이 모든 단점을 적절히 보완해주는 미친 가성비가 캐리합니다.
The trainers are bright and friendly.
The stretching room and the gym are separated, so it is good for bare-body workouts, free weights or machines.
The disadvantage is that there are few aerobic machines with 6 treadmills, 3 cycles, and 1 stepper.
Still, it makes me feel a little relieved because it's so well ventilated, and the crazy price-performance ratio that adequately compensates for all these shortcomings is carry.
