★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 노포라는 점만 감안하면 아주 훌륭한 식사를 할 수 있는 곳. 크고 좋은(??) 곳들도 많이 있겠지만 역시 원조는 원조. 아무도 따라올수 없는 것 같다!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여기 양념 맛에 길들여져 있어서 다른 데서 양념된 고기를 못 먹는다. 물론 고기 자체도 좋아서 생갈비, 생삼겹살 다 맛있다. 반찬도 하나 뺄 거 없이 맛있고 다양하며 식사 시 따로 나오는 밑반찬도 맛깔스럽다. 3대가 모여 오랜 세월, 크게 주목은 못 받았어도 항상 그 자리에서, 정직하게 장사해온 가게라는 걸 아는 사람들은 다 안다. 몰랐던 사람들은 이제라도 꼭 알아야 하는 가게.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 네이버에 다이아몬드컷팅 원조가 인근 다른갈비집이네, 해운대 유명갈비집이네, 이런말들 많이 떠돌아다니는데 어이가없네요.. 여기가 원조입니다. 맛집 공식소개하는 블로그들도 이상하게 퍼진 정보 긁어모아와서 그대로 쓰다보니 너무 퍼져버려서 그게 사실처럼 받아들여지고있는것같네요; 웬만하면 리뷰나 댓글 이런거 잘안쓰는데 평양갈비는 어디선가 글에 보이면 꼭달아줍니다. 잘못알려져서 피해보고 안알려서 안타까운 마음이들어서.. 사진은 평양갈비 컷팅생갈비 사진에 설명은 다른 갈비집 올린것도 많고.. 광고인지 뭔지.. 아무튼 이렇게 광고 하나 안하고 60년넘게 이어온집 드물겁니다.
인근에 양념맛 여기랑 다 비슷하게들 바꾸면서 그나마 맛있단 평들이 들리지 예전엔 정말 이집만 독보적으로 맛있었습니다.
돼지양념목살도 여기는 100% 국내산인걸로 압니다.
