★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 초벌구이로 나와서 그을음이 많이 올라오지 않습니다. 제대로 갈비를 쓰는 것 같고요, 초벌을 해서 수분이 날아가서 적어 보여 그렇지 먹어보면 가격 대비 싼 편입니다.
It comes unglazed, so there is not much soot. It seems to be using the ribs properly, and the moisture is gone because it is primed, so it looks small.

It's kind, cheap, and tastes good, but they say it's unglazed with briquettes, but on the table there's lignite, not charcoal, on the table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 연탄불에서 초벌구이해서 나오는 돼지갈비집. 그런데 불 맛도 안나고 뭔지 이름만 연탄돼지갈비 인 듯.. 겉절이는 맛있게 먹었는데 상추는 보관이 잘못되었는지 물러서 세장 장도는 버렸고, 고기는 질긴것은 아닌데 뻣뻣한 식감? 추가로 주문한 돼지껍데기는 잡내도 안나고 식감도 딱 알맞아 맛있게 먹었네요..
Pork ribs restaurant that is unglazed over briquettes. However, it doesn't even taste like fire, and the name alone seems to be Briquette Pork Ribs.. I ate the pickled pickles, but the lettuce had to be stored incorrectly, so I threw away the three long cuts, and the meat is not tough, but it has a stiff texture? The pork rind that I ordered additionally did not smell and had just the right texture, so it was delicious.
