★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021년 6월 21일에 매직셋팅을 했습니다. 펌은 c컬로 하기로 했는데 미용사분께서 펌이 거의 나오지 않아 다시 해주시겠다고 했습니다. 머리 상하는 건 걱정하시지 않도록 잘 해주겠다고 두 세번 정도 말씀 하셨습니다. 다음날 다시 가서 머리를 했는데 머리를 하고 나와서 보니 머리의 일부분이 타 있었습니다. 그래서 세번째 방문을 하여 다시 그부분을 자르고 다시 말았는데 일부분이 불에 태운 것 마냥 탈정도면 다른 부분도 어느 정돈지 예상 가실 겁니다. 그래서 6월 23일에 방문을 해서 머리가 너무 상한 것 아니냐고 했더니 머리를 자르는 것밖에 없다고 하시는 겁니다. 저는 애초에 머리를 자를 계획도 없었고 기르려고 했는데 상한 것을 다 자르려면 단발이 될 지경이었습니다. 그래서 고민을 하니까 뭐가 고민이냐는 식으로 말씀하셨습니다. 첫번째 펌이 제대로 나왔으면 두번 파마를 할 일도 애초에 없었고 두번째 펌 하실때 안 상하도록 해주신다고 했었는데 누가봐도 심각할 정도로 머리 가운데도 다 타서 끊어진 정도였습니다. 그런데 두번째는 클리닉을 해줬기때문에 그 미용사분께서는 두 번 파마를 해서 그런 것이 아닌 제 머리 상태가 원래 그랬다는 식으로 말씀하셨습니다. 그리고 원래 클리닉이 머리 감을 때 트리트먼트처럼 1분 하고 끝나는 겁니까? 머리 다 태워놓고 대처를 이렇게 해 주시는 미용실은 처음입니다. 진심으로 사과 한마디를 안 해주시더라고요ㅠ
Magic settings were made on June 21, 2021. I decided to do the perm with c curls, but the hairdresser said that I would do it again because the perm almost didn't come out. You said two or three times that you would take good care of it so you don't have to worry about hurting your head. The next day I went back to get my hair done, but when I came out after I had my hair done, part of my hair was burned. So, on my third visit, I cut that part again and rolled it up again, and if a part burns as if it's been burned, you can expect the other parts to be in order. So, when I visited on June 23rd and asked if my hair was too bad, they said that the only option was to cut my hair. I didn't even plan to cut my hair in the first place, I tried to grow it, but to cut all the damaged hair, it would be a short haircut. So, when I was worried, I said in a way that I was worried about what was going on. If the first perm came out properly, I wouldn't have to do a second perm in the first place, and when I did the second perm, I was told that it wouldn't hurt. But the second time I did a clinic, so the hairdresser said that my hair was originally like that, not because I had to perm twice. And does the original clinic finish with one minute like a treatment when washing your hair? This is the first time I've been to a hairdresser that burns my hair and treats it like this. He sincerely didn't even apologize.
