옆에 요가 관련 샵도 있는데 구경하는거 재밌었어요

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 메디테이션 댄스 나이트 공지 보고 부산에서 서울까지 올라갔어요. 싱잉볼과 명상에 관심이 있어서 눈 여겨보고 있었는데 좋은 기회다 싶었어요. 라이브 연주에 맞춰 강사님이 이끄시는대로 몸을 움직이는데 안쓰던 근육까지 다 끌어서 쓰게 되더라구요. 처음 보는 사람들 속에서 쑥스러울 틈도 없이 동화되는 새롭고 놀라운 경험이었어요. 몸도 마음도 가벼워져서 돌아왔답니다. 많은 사람들이 저와 같은 경험을 할 수 있다면 좋겠어요. 유익한 것은 널리 알리고 싶어요. ^^
I went up from Busan to Seoul to see the Meditation Dance Night announcement. I was interested in Singing Ball and Meditation, so I wanted to have a good chance. As the instructor guided me to the live performance, I was dragging all the muscles I had not used to move my body. It was a new and incredible experience to be assimilated without a glimpse of the first people. The body and mind are light and come back. I wish a lot of people have the same experience as me. I want to make it known well. ^^
