대패삼겹살과 함께 삼겹살 목살도 함께 판매를 하고
양념 돼지갈비도 판매를 해서
여러 종류를 선택할수 있어 좋습니다.
반면에 대패만을 전문적으로 판매하는 단일 메뉴는 아니지만
대패먹고 양념갈비로 이어지는 메뉴선택이
나름 괜찮았던곳 이었네요
사장님이 엄청 친절하셨구요
고기를 구워준는 시스템은 아니었지만
양념갈비를 먹을때는 추가 3인분 주문했던것중
나머지 2인분은 다른 불판에 별도로 구워다 주실정도로
이것저것 신경을 많이 써주셔셔
기분좋게 먹고 나올수 있었습니다.
폭염이 있는 날이라
불을 사용하는 식당은 아무리 에어컨이 돌아간다해도
더운것은 어쩔수 없는 아쉬움으로 남습니다.
별 다섯개 주고 갑니다.

The boss was very kind
It wasn't a system that baked meat
When I eat seasoned ribs, I ordered an additional 3 servings
The other 2 servings are grilled separately on another plate
You care a lot about this and that
I was able to eat comfortably.
Because of the heat wave
No matter how air-conditioned the restaurant is on fire
Hotness is inevitable.
Give me five stars.

가끔 고기양념이 하기도 하지만
불맛이 누린내를 잡아주며
쌈장에 와사비 참기름을 섞은 양념과
