실내 곳곳에 여러 장식품들이 이 사장님만의 고집스러운 요리 철학을 보여주는 것 같다.
수석과 오래된 테잎들.. 그리고 작은 소품마져..
이런 정성이 음식메뉴 곳곳에 스며들어 있는듯함..
닭갈비 메뉴는 2인분이 3인분 같이 느껴질 정도로 푸짐했고 신기한 면이라는 상호답게 면메뉴가 탁월했다. 특히나 고집스럽게 만들어 낸 콩구수는 7천원리라는 가격이 전혀 부담스럽지 않을 정도로 진국이었다.
일단 맛을 한 번 보시라.. 손꼽히는 콩국수의 진면모를 볼 수 있을 것이다.

The chicken ribs menu was generous enough that two people felt like three people, and the noodle menu was excellent, as the name suggests, a mysterious noodle. In particular, the soybean soup, which was carefully made, was so authentic that the price of 7,000 won was not burdensome at all.
Once you taste it, you will be able to see the true face of one of the best soybean noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 닭갈비가 맛있습니다. 가게 인테리어는 오랜 LP와 카세트테이프가 한쪽 벽면에 진열되어 있어서 복고풍의 인테리어가 보기드물어서인지 신선했습니다. 예쁜탁자와 의자만있다면 카페로 영업해도 될듯합니다.
음식은 앞서 말했지만 맛은 있는데 조금 단맛이 강합니다.
다른것은 먹어보지않아서 모르겠지만 주문해서 먹은 닭갈비와 닭갈비양념에 볶은 볶음밥도 맛있지만 역시 달달합니다. 참고하세요.
The chicken ribs are delicious. The interior of the store was fresh because old LPs and cassette tapes were displayed on one side of the wall, so the retro interior was rare. As long as you have a pretty table and chairs, you can open it as a cafe.
As I said about the food, it tastes good, but it's a bit sweet.
I haven't tried anything else, so I don't know, but the chicken ribs I ordered and the fried rice fried in chicken ribs sauce are delicious, but also sweet. Note please.
