Speaking of conclusions, it's better than you think! I was curious about the songjubul naengmyeon, which was once popular on YouTube, and I went with a friend. As with all popular food, I honestly didn't expect it. In Korea, which has a short history of food culture, the food called naengmyeon seems to draw a lot of pedigree or lineage. For that reason, I didn't expect much from the spicy cold noodles that disappeared from YouTube and disappeared. In particular, this is because the restaurant boasts a menu that is the level of a food company in Baemin: Cafe + Tteokbokki + Braised Ribs Chicken + Cold Noodle + Pork Cutlet. So I went without real expectations, but it was better than I thought. First, the sweet and spicy sauce was delicious. The bitter taste of capsaicin, which I was concerned with, was diluted in cold noodles, so I didn't feel much like that, and I felt a lot of red pepper powder. Of course, the machine noodles taste like factory soup, but what would you like for a 5,000 won cold noodle? Rather, it tasted good because the subtle compatibility of MSG stock and spicy sauce went well together. I think I'll just eat this at home when I eat nest cold noodles or naengmyeon wrapped in a bag. I ordered a mini pork cutlet to the side, but it was surprisingly delicious. It was a cutlet of its own, and it wasn't hard, and it sued me for frequent oil. I don't know about tteokbokki or braised ribs, but at least I think I often eat naengmyeon + pork cutlet when I don't have money. One thing that is unfortunate is that the decorations are placed too sincerely. Even if it is cheap naengmyeon, even if it is decorated, it will be much more delicious. Also, I don't know why you take orders on the iPad. The store is not spacious, and I thought it would be easier to just talk.
