★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이 집 칼국수는 멸치국물따로 면따로의 깔끔버젼. 미아동 홍두께 칼국수는 면과 국물을 같이 삶지만 이집은 따로버젼.
개인취향은 같이 삶는게 더 나은데, 가성비로는 괴안은듯. 면발이 좀 검고 굉장한 칼국수 맛은 아닌듯.
This house kalguksu is a neat version of anchovy broth and noodles. Miadong Hongdukguksu is made by boiling noodles and soup together, but this is a separate version.
Personal preference is better to boil them together, but it seems to be an oddity in terms of cost performance. The noodles are a bit dark and it doesn't taste like a great kalguksu.
