★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 사용자로서 불만을 해결 안해주는거 이해한다고 쳐요. 그런데 이곳은 점장님부터 직원까지 고객을 대하는 마음가짐 자체가 적대감을 가지고 대할뿐더러 대화 자체로 위협감을 줍니다. 전화로 항의햇더니 말로하지말고 자기랑 조용한데서 단둘이 이야기하자는데 겁나서 더말하기 힘들더군요. 말이 통하지 않는 분들임. 소비자보호원에 신고하라고 합니다. 지금 이글쓰는것도 큰용기를 내서 씁니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 실제 여기 회원입니다. 청결 상태가 너무 안 좋아요. 탈의실 바닥이 지저분해서 발 디딜대가 거의 없고, 프론트와 트레이너는 항상 자기들끼리 놀고 있네요. 이번 기한 끝나면 동네 헬스장으로 옮길려고 합니다.
I'm actually a member here. Cleanliness is so bad. The dressing room floor is dirty and there are hardly any treadmills, and the front desk and trainer are always hanging out with each other. After this deadline, I'm going to move to the local gym.
