키야 ㅠㅠ 모든 음식들이 정갈하고 고급지고 밸런스 너무 좋아요! 그리고 모든 타이밍 체크해주셔서 코스 요리 대접받는 느낌 제대로 느낄 수 있습니다!
수란 요리는 특별히 받았던 메뉴인데 제가 된장을 좋아하지 않음에도 불구하고 정말 싹싹 긁어먹었어요!
라비올리?! 만두 메뉴도 정말 맛있고요!
정말 좋은 재료들 밸런스 좋게 만들어주셔서 몸도 건강해지고 분위기로도 힐링했습니다!
스테이크는 ㅠㅠ 말해뭐합니까 ㅠㅠ! 주변에 있던 야채들도 너무 훌륭해요 ㅠㅠ
부들부들 입에서 녹고요! 뼈까지 아주 싹싹 먹었어요!
그리고 트러플 빙수………

I ate the lunch course!
Kiya ㅠㅠ All the food is neat, luxurious, and the balance is so good! And by checking all the timings, you can really feel the feeling of being treated as a course meal!
The poached egg dish was a special menu item, and even though I don't like soybean paste, I really scraped it off!
ravioli?! The dumpling menu is also really good!
You made a good balance with really good ingredients, so your body was healthy and the atmosphere was healed!
Steak ㅠㅠ What can I say?! The vegetables around it are also great.
It melts in your mouth softly! I ate it up to the bone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 앞부분은 조금 짰지만 그래도 흡족하게 맛있고! 아주 예쁘고 정갈했어요~~
내부도 오픈 주방쪽은 지하임에도 한켠이 뚫여 빛이 들어와 파인레스토랑 분위기 물씬..
그러나 참고용 단점 중 치명적인 것 3개는,
1. 양이 절대적으로 적음. 어린이 메뉴 분량. 소식가 일행이 오후내 배고프다 노래노래. 메인과 전식은 리뷰 보고 생각한 이미지의 미니어처 처럼, 최소 30프로 이상 사이즈업해야 할듯.
파인다이닝이 양 조금씩 주는듯해도 먹고나면 기가막히게 포만감은 드는데.. 물배 채우고도 부족.
2. 가격을 잘못 잡은듯. 1번과 연계해.. 런치 기본이 9만원인데, 맛보려고 1~2만원?추가되는 만두와 3만원 이상 추가되는 한우 스테이크 등도 시켰는데, 전체 코스가 추가요금 없어도 될 구성이고, 적어도 이 집은 한우 3만원이 정말 과해요. 특히, 만두는 보통 거품이 아님. 차등화 한대도 각각 오천원, 만원 이상은 안될 수준..
치명적으로.. 기본코스의 감자전(한입 에피타이저 크기! 이거 두점 줘도 대세 지장없어요 사장님!)과 양갈비(전 양고기 안좋아하는데 맛있었음)가 훨씬 맛있음. 라비올리는 양도 미니어처로 적은데 디저트 빙수에 든 트러플 조각처럼, 맛과 향이 쏘쏘더라구요.
개인적으론 세팅이 예뻐서 인당 7만원까진 한번 또 고민해보겠는데, 현재 가격이면 불편한 접근성 제하고도, 두가헌, 떼레노, .. 미슐렝 아닌 중엔 제이네 등 자신있게 추천할 대안이 듬뿍 떠오릅니다.. 추가요금 디저트 떡도 그냥 기본코스에 넣는게 디펜스 전략일듯.
3. 발렛파킹 된대서 갔는데.. 그냥 다신 안가고싶은 해방촌 언덕 골목에 위치. 발렛비는 5천원.
상대적으로 마이너하지만 지하 2층인데, 건물입구며 아래층 경로지? 등이 너저분해서 예쁜 식당 들어서기 전까지 심란했고, 나올때 한번더 심란했으며
잎파리 두 개 정도지만 존재감 충만했던 고수가 사전확인없이 애피타이저에 들어있던것도 가격대에 맞지않는 서빙이었어요~
우리 일행 종합 의견 :
안 친한 상사가 여기서 점심 회식하자면 신나서 가겠는데, 친한 선배가 사준다면 다른집 제안할듯. 가격다운이나 코스 길이나 양 개선 필요.
이쁜 사진은 저도 참고한 다른분들 사진이 옳음.
스텝들이 아주 스워트했지만 그래서 더 개선되길 응원하는 조금 아쉬운 곳.
The front part is a little salty, but it's still satisfyingly delicious! It was very pretty and neat~~
Even though the interior is open, the kitchen is underground, but a hole in one side lets in light, giving the atmosphere of a fine restaurant.
However, among the shortcomings for reference, three fatal ones are:
1. Absolutely small quantity. Amount of children's menu. A group of reporters are hungry in the afternoon singing a song. The main and appetizers should be at least 30% larger, like the miniature image I thought of after reading the review.
Even though Fine Dining seems to give little by little, after eating, you feel incredibly full... It's not enough to fill your stomach.
2. Looks like you got the price wrong. In connection with No. 1... The basic lunch is 90,000 won, but to taste, I ordered dumplings that are added 10,000 to 20,000 won, and Korean beef steak that is added over 30,000 won. 3,000 won for Korean beef is way too much. In particular, dumplings are not usually foamy. Even a differentiated car should not exceed 5,000 won and 10,000 won, respectively.
Fatally.. The basic course of potato pancakes (the size of a bite-sized appetizer! Two points of this doesn't affect the trend, boss!) and lamb ribs (I don't like lamb, but it was delicious) were much better. The amount of ravioli is small in miniature, but it tastes and smells like truffle pieces in the dessert shaved ice.
Personally, the setting is pretty, so I'll think about it again until 70,000 won per person, but at the current price, there are plenty of alternatives that I can confidently recommend, such as Doo Ga-Hun, Terreno, and Jeine, etc. It seems like a defense strategy to just add extra charge dessert rice cakes to the basic course.
3. I went because there was valet parking.. Located in the alley of Haebangchon hill that I just don't want to go again. The valet fee is 5,000 won.
It's relatively minor, but it's on the 2nd basement floor, is it the entrance to the building and the path downstairs? I was upset until I entered a pretty restaurant because of my messy back, and I was upset once more when I left.
Even the coriander, which was about two leaf flies, but full of presence, was included in the appetizer without prior confirmation, and it was a serving that did not fit the price.
Comprehensive comments from our group:
If an unfamiliar boss wants to have lunch here, I'd be excited, but if a close senior buys it for me, I'd suggest another place. The price needs to be lowered or the course length or quantity needs to be improved.
The pretty photos are the photos of others I have referenced.
The staff were very swarthy, but it's a bit of a disappointment to cheer for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아. 정말 훌륭했습니다. 잘먹은 코스였습니다. 맛도 있고, 정성가득 행복한 코스였네요. 한식이 주는 풍성한 맛이 예상할수 있으나 예상치 못하게 다가온 훌륭한 저녁이었습니다. 다만 글라스로 주문한 와인은 살짝. 아참. 여러 분이 요리 프리젠테이션을 번갈아가며 하셨는데. 어느 분도 웅얼거리지 않고 자신감을 가지고 해주셔서 좋았습니다. 애정이 느껴졌습니다.
찾아가기는 조금 어렵습니다. 맨 마지막 골목이 난관이네요. 그렇지만! 가보세요.
Ah. It was really great. It was a good course. It was a delicious course, full of sincerity and happiness. The rich taste of Korean food could be expected, but it was a wonderful dinner that came unexpectedly. However, the wine ordered by the glass was a bit small. Oh. Several people took turns giving cooking presentations. It was nice that no one mumbled and did it with confidence. I felt love.
A little difficult to find. The last alley is difficult. but! Go ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food, the atmosphere, the staff were all amazing. The open kitchen is so modern and it's interesting to watch all the staff work hard to make the food. The portions are a little small, but the taste is SCRUMPTIOUS. They explain each menu with enthusiasm and it's so interesting to hear the story behind each dish. I highly recommend you to go visit on a special day. There is an indescribably beautiful view of the city on the rooftop.

Excellent service, very good descriptions of food from staff who spoke Korean and English, you don't get the latter often round here.
It won't fill you up for very long as the portions are small but it's the tastes and presentation you pay for.
It is a bit pricey, course meal for 2 and a beer came up to 230,000 won, worth paying for if you can pay it comfortably.
