자활사업별 담당자를 두고 자활근로참여자 모든분들에게 각자 개인 사항도 고려해서 일자리도 만들어주시고 뭐든 정성껏 챙겨줍니다.
자활근로장소와 자활참여자들끼리 안 맞는 일이 있으면 어떻게 라도 잘 풀어주고 상담해주면서 안 좋은 감정없게 맞춰주시니라 노력해주시는 모든 직원분들이 계시는 곳으로...그분들의 정성과 최선을 다하는 모습이 너무 보기좋습니다.
