★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 차돌짬뽕 맛있네요 자주와야겠습니다.
어떤 음식이나 마찬 가지이겠지만 '짬뽕'은 특히 재료 준비에 공을 들여야 하는 음식이죠.
이른바 '絲' 라 하여 재료를 잘게 채 써는 것이 짬뽕의 기본입니다. 일정한 두께로 썰어야 익는 시간이 균일해지기 때문입니다.
재료 준비가 끝나고 짬뽕을 끓여내야 하는데 이 부분이 짬뽕 요리의 가장 중요한 타임입니다.
짬뽕은 집에서는 그 맛을 흉내 낼 수 있지만, '온전한 참 맛'인, 짬뽕의 그 '불 맛'은 온전히 중화요리 도구인 'wok'의 몫이기 때문입니다.
중화요리집에 필수 요리 도구인 '웍(wok)'이 요즘 중국에서 다시 인기를 끌고 있다고 합니다. 물론 공장에서 만든것이 아닌 몇 만번의 망치질로 편 'Hand Made Wok'이 인기라고 하네요.

생긴지 얼마안되어 외관은 조금 깨끗한듯한데....생각보다 좀 덜 깨끗한듯 싶습니다

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11시40분쯤 들어가서 1시간정도 기다려도 음식이 나오지 않고, 나중에 온 테이블에 음시기 먼저 나와서 그냥 나와버린 식당.
그때 우리 일행보다 먼저 온 팀도 음식 기다리다 2팀이나 나가버렸음.
절대 가지마세요

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 짬뽕이 맛이 다 안배어있는 느낌이였습니다.
아이들이 먹기에는 자극적이지 않아 괜찮은것같지만, 어른이 먹기엔 좀 심심한감이 있습니다. 탕수육은 맛있게 먹었습니다.^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 할말 너무 많은데 이미 다 직접 말하고와서 여기엔 적지않겠습니다. 처음부터 너무 큰 모험을 했네요ㅜㅜ 사람 8명가서 코스요리시켰는데.. 돈이 넘 아까웠어요. 진짜 심각할 수준이였어요. 중간에 나갈뻔 했네요 하하.. 주인아주머니께 얘기 다 해드렷고 친절하게 응대는 해주셨으나 음식점엔 친절보다 중요한게 많죠.. 맛. 청결. 기본 상식.. 가까워도 다시 갈 일은 없을듯 합니다... 많이 개선하셔야 할 것 같아요..
There is so much to say, but I will not write it here since I have already said it all in person. It was such a big adventure from the beginning ㅜㅜ I went to 8 people and made a course meal.. The money was too good. It was really serious. I almost left in the middle. Haha.. She told the hostess everything and responded kindly, but there are more important things than kindness in a restaurant.. Taste. Cleanliness. Basic common sense.. Even if it's close, I don't think I'll go back again... I think I need to improve a lot..

면도 적당한삶기와 양입니다
무거운 베이스, 감칠맛으로 끝을 사로잡고 한 수저에서 멈출수 없음
한번 맛을 보면 쭉쮹 들어감.
후추가 과하다 하는 평도있었음(같이 식사하신분께서)
해물은 해동과정이 좋았는지 신선한건지 잡내도 없고 쫄깃하고 향도 좋았음. 마지막 올려진 새우는 무척 신선한 새우인게 분명
