지나는길에 배가 고파서 들어간 중국집에서 기본적인 짬뽕을 시켰더랬습니다.
맛이 충격적인게 이 집 사장님은 다른곳에서 짬뽕을 한번도 안먹어보고 만들지 않았을까라는 생각이 들게 하더군요.
맛을 간단히 표현을 한다면 잔치국수에 고추가루 뿌려서 먹은맛이라하면 상상이 되시나요?
저의 이런 표현이 사장님한테 매우 기분 나쁘시겠지만 이 집 사장님은 정말 다른 중국집에 가셔서 그 집 음식들을 맛을 봐야 한다고 생각합니다.
오죽하면 낮에 여기서 먹고 너무 충격을 받아서 대구에 와서 저녁으로 제가 가장 잘 한다고 생각하는 중국집가서 짬뽕을 또 먹고서야 기분을 풀었습니다.
제 인생 최악의 짬뽕이 울진 후포에서 있었는데, 오늘 이 집도 제 기억속의 최악의 짬봉집 리스트에 같이 기억 남게 되었네요.
죄송하게도 사장님에겐 개인적인 악의는 없지만 중화 요리 공부가 필요하시다고 생각되옵니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 안동에서 중국집 찾다가 우연히 들어간 중국집입니다. 다소 오래된 건물에 옛날 짜장면이 먹고 싶어서 갔는데 맛있네요. 코로나로 인해 오후에 문이 연 중국집이 많지않았는데 배가 고파서 그런지 두배로 맛있었습니다. 가격도 저렴하네요. 짜장면이 4000원입니다. 주인아주머니 정많아보이시고 친절하십니다.
